REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your delivery. Arrangements will be made for a return or exchange. All return or exchange shipping costs are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting us.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be ineligible for return or exchanges.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the eligibility of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note, bank delays can occur!
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend first checking your payment method again and if needed, contacting your credit card company, it can sometimes take up to a month before a refund is officially posted.

Please note that clearance, sale and special order items are ineligible for returns of exchanges.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Replacement items may only be provided in the rare case defective or damaged merchandise. If you’d like to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at erinh@littleislandbridge.com and send your item to: 424 Orchid Ave Corona Del Mar California US 92625. Please do not send items prior to receiving a response.


GIFTS 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, refunds will only be able to be provided to the original payment method.

SHIPPING 

Customers are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times will vary depending upon location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost or missing items sent to us.
